I am Gerald Lopez, and I practise in Auckland, New Zealand. I am a natural health consultant, using the profound principles of Ayurveda and Yoga.
Optimum health and wellbeing are natural states. Every culture in the world has had – at some time – a natural and profound understanding of health and happiness.
Ayurveda and Yoga are the few remaining links to that universal health wisdom. As you learn about the ancient principles of health, you will discover that they are something you have “known” all along – it make such good sense!
Ayurveda and Yoga formed part of the philosophy and sciences that flourished on the banks of the great rivers of India 5,000-10,000 years ago. My role at Science of Life is to distill this knowledge from its cultural context, and make it accessible to the modern world – to you.
The better I understand Ayurveda and Yoga, the more I am astounded by what they can offer us. They may belong to the past, but they definitely have a place in our future. I invite you to join me on this journey of discovery – the journey to our essential self, and to optimum health.
