We offer Yoga Therapy consultations, in which Gerald assesses your physical needs, and your mental, energetic and emotional states. Then we co-create a daily routine of comfortable poses, breathing exercises, and a combination of subtle techniques using visualisations and sounds. These combinations powerfully and specifically induce shifts in health and wellbeing.

In fact, this is how Yoga was traditionally taught and practised – as a specific personal practice (called Sadhana). The practice is reviewed every 4 weeks, and modified according to your progress. This is the most effective way of experiencing the benefits of Yoga in all aspects of your being. Suitable for those in all states of health.
